About Bryony
Bryony qualified in 2016 with a first class degree in herbal medicine. Western herbal medicine blends traditional herbal knowledge with modern scientific research to provide a natural and effective approach to supporting and resolving a wide range of health issues. 
Bryony works with both children and adults, carrying out in depth health assessments. After the assessment a blend of whole plant extracts such as tinctures, glycerites and herbal teas will be prescribed alongside lifestyle and nutritional advice.

  • Working with Bryony, you will start with a 15 minute free call to discuss your health and ask any questions. This is followed by an initial 90 minute consultation and then 45 minute follow ups as needed.
At a herbal medicine consultation, you can expect:

  • A comprehensive review of your health history and symptoms aimed at identifying the root causes and overall patterns in your current situation. We will really take some time to understand your individual story.
  • A personalised wellness plan and unique herbal medicines that will address your individual needs and current health concerns.
  • The assurance that you're taking the right herbs and it's completely safe to do so, alongside any specific health issues or other medications you are taking.
  • Dietary and lifestyle guidance.
