Since moving from Spain to Manchester in 2013, I’ve blended all the knowledge I’ve picked up from around the world with a personalised approach that enables me to tailor each treatment to what works best for each client. I have a BSc in Sport Science and Human Physiology and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Biomechanics from Manchester Metropolitan University and I’m currently studying for a BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Salford so that I can keep expanding my knowledge of movement and rehab. Additionally, I’m a certified Yoga Instructor trained in Rishikesh India and an Advanced Traditional Thai Yoga Massage Instructor certified by the ITM Massage School in Chiang Mai Thailand. My work has taken me into lots of different environments - physiotherapy clinics in Manchester, sports teams and even corporate wellness programs.
